Fellows-in-training, residents, as well as other meeting attendees (including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, allied health professionals, researchers, industry) are invited to submit abstracts for the poster session. Any clinical or research subject of interest to Allergy/Immunology specialists will be considered.  Fellows-in-training, residents, and other trainees will be eligible to receive a small stipend to cover transportation and poster printing costs if their abstract is accepted.

Please submit abstracts to Dr. Margee Louisias via email and adhere to the AAAAI format for abstracts. Abstracts that have already been presented at a national meeting (e.g. encore abstracts) will not be considered for acceptance.

For information regarding abstract formatting please review the AAAAI website:

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up your poster and ask for Abstract Committee members Dr. Margee Louisias or Dr. Jackie Garrett.

All Poster presenters are responsible for printing their posters through a printer of their choice.

The usable space on the poster boards is 36 inches x 48 inches or 3 feet high and 4 feet wide (Landscape Orientation). This is the surface space in which one could insert a push pin/tack. There will be thumbtacks and tape available for your use.

We look forward to receiving abstracts from you and your team!
